Volcanic Action, Costa Rica
Volcanic Action, Miravalles, Guanacaste Costa Rica lies in a seismically-active zone, experiencing a large number of (relatively weak) earthquakes each year. There are several volcanoes, some of which are currently active, such as Arenal, or semi-active. 90 minutes drive from Liberia, the Miravalles region is an easily visited area with hot water springs, semi-active a volcano and rain forests.
